Land Speed.

Under the roar of the world’s fastest vehicles and chatter from pit crews, a small team prepares to do the unthinkable. This series follows Greenspeed Research for one day as they prepare to break the world record for the fastest vegetable-powered vehicle during Speedweek on the historic Bonneville Salt Flats. The team went on to officially break the record with speeds in excess of 200 mph on vegetable oil. Today they continue to work towards breaking the 215 mph biodiesel record. This achievement would help break down common misconceptions about biofuels and further demonstrate the value and potential future of plant-based fuels using motorsports as a stage.
